Heading into week 15 of the NFL season, the front end of the 2021 draft is almost set so, I will be telling you who I believe will be taken by who and at what point in the draft.

1. New York Jets: Trevor Lawrence, QB Clemson: I believe the Jets will finish up 0-16 and move on from both head coach Adam Gase and youthful quarterback Sam Darnold. Lawrence is the best QB in this draft and the second most talented player in the draft so, it will be hard for them to pass on this kid.

2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Justin Fields: QB Ohio State: The second best quarterback in this years draft; Fields mobility along with his control of the field and offense makes him such a valuable player for any franchise but, especially Jacksonville. The Jaguars can really build around this young talent.

3. Cincinnati Bengals: Penei Sewell, OT Oregon: The most talented player in this years draft and a once in a generation offensive lineman that has also, taken the year off to prepare for the draft. With Sewell protecting Burrows blindside, the Bengals could compete for a playoff spot in the next few years.

4. Los Angeles Chargers: Samuel Cosmi, OT Texas: The junior from Texas can add a youthful boost to the Chargers offensive line that has underperformed this year. Cosmi can play both left and right tackle and will have have a similar impact that Sewell will have for Cincinnati; to keep their young QB healthy.

5. Dallas Cowboys: Micah Parsons, LB Penn State: Another player that has opted out this season to prepare for the draft. He is the best linebacker in the draft. With him alongside of Jaylon Smith and Leighton Vander Esch, Dallas will have the best linebacking core in the league.

6. Carolina Panthers: Kyle Pitts, TE Florida: Pitts has been phenomenal this season and his draft stock has burst through the roof. I don’t think Matt Rhule should move on from Bridgewater at QB just yet and giving him Pitts would help Bridgewater’s production immensely.

7. Atlanta Falcons: Patrick Surtain II, CB Alabama: Atlanta added A.J Terrell last year in the draft and if they take Surtain II then the Falcons defensive backfield will receive a massive boost. Surtain II has had an elite season and fits into the Atlanta defense perfectly.

8. Miami Dolphins (via Houston): Gregory Rousseau, EDGE Miami: Miami holds two first round picks this year, and this one is from the Tunsil trade. Taking a physical specimen of an edge rusher like Rousseau is the right way to go. Adding to a young and talented defensive line would help push the Dolphins defense into an elite category.

9. Philadelphia Eagles: Ja’Marr Chase, WR LSU: The Eagles receiving core has been garbage this year and if Jalen Hurts is the man in Philadelphia next year then you need to get him better weapons. Chase would be a great player to give life to a dismal receiving core.

10. New York Giants: Caleb Farley, CB Virginia Tech: Some Giants fans may want David Gettleman to take a QB but, the Giants and myself still think Danny Dimes needs another year to settle in. Caleb Farley opted out this season to prepare for the draft and at 6’2, 207 pounds he would be a physical, playmaking corner for the Giants.

11. Detroit Lions: Jaylen Waddle, WR Alabama: Waddle has elite speed and would be one more weapon for Matt Stafford. Waddle can learn behind other Detroit receivers like Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones and in a few seasons, hopefully, transition into an elite pass catcher.

12. San Francisco 49ers: Zach Wilson, QB BYU: Give Kyle Shanahan a raw playmaker like Zack Wilson and his offense will soar. The 49ers need to trade Jimmy G and bring in new blood. With Deebo Samuel and George Kittle as weapons, a young QB can succeed in this system.

13.Denver Broncos: Shaun Wade, CB Ohio State: I would say that Denver should take an offensive tackle but, Garett Bolles has played great this year. With that being said I think John Elway should take Shaun Wade, who is having a great season so far.

14. Minnesota Vikings: Alex Leatherwood, OT Alabama: Minnesota’s biggest flaw these past few seasons has been the offensive tackle position so, why not take the 6’6, 310 pound, Leatherwood who can lock down Kirk Cousins blindside. With Minnesota playing pass rushers like Khalil Mack, Akiem Hicks, and Za’darius Smith, a tackle is essential.

15. Chicago Bears: Wyatt Davis, OG Ohio State: If the Bears could draft a new head coach and GM at 15 they surely would but, with that not being an option they need to fill a need on the interior of their offensive line. Davis is a great athlete and would be able to plug and play immediately for the Bears.

16. New England Patriots: Kwity Paye, DE Michigan: The last time the Patriots had an elite pass rusher was in 2015 with Chandler Jones. Since then they have lacked a solid pass rush and Paye can add that consistency as he has done this season for a poor Michigan team.

17. Las Vegas Raiders: Dylan Moses, LB Alabama: Moses is a physical player against the run and has very little fear attacking a 300 pound guard. He would pair very nicely with current Raiders linebacker, Nick Kwiatkoski.

18. Baltimore Ravens: Terrance Marshall Jr., WR LSU: You may think Baltimore is set at the receiver position but, Hollywood Brown is a dud who cannot run efficient routes. A big target like Terrance Marshall Jr. would be a huge addition to Baltimores passing attack.

19. Washington Football Team: Rashawn Slater, OT Northwestern: Slater’s draft stock this season has skyrocketed and he has benefited immensely from the Big Ten playing this season. Washington lost Trent Williams last season and Morgan Moses has struggled to stay healthy so Slater feels like a no brainer pick for the Football Team at 19.

20. Arizona Cardinals: Creed Humphrey, IOL Oklahoma: Humphrey is a large and versatile lineman that can play both center and guard and hopefully keep Kyler Murray on his feet. Humphrey can be an elite level lineman in the NFL.

21. Miami Dolphins: Chuba Hubbard, RB Oklahoma State: The nations leading rusher last year opted out this season but, a year off for a running back could be very helpful. He would be an awesome fit alongside Tua in the Miami backfield.

22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Christian Darrisaw, OT Virginia Tech: With lots of great players still available, Tampa Bay can really benefit from adding another offensive lineman to help protect Tom Brady. Darrisaw is 6’5, 313 pounds and would be able to play tackle or guard.

23. Indianapolis Colts: Trey Lance, QB North Dakota State: Philip Rivers is 39 and has maybe one season left. Lance would be a great player for the Colts. The only downside on Lance is that he played FCS football and only competed once this season.

24. Cleveland Browns: Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, OLB Notre Dame: Owusu-Koramoah has had a great season and made his draft stock rise. Cleveland has a pretty weak linebacking core and an athlete like Jeremiah could be a young stud the Browns need.

25. New York Jets (via Seattle): Jaylen Twyman, DT Pittsburgh: Twyman is another athlete who opted out this season but, a year off for an interior lineman to prepare for the draft could be very beneficial. Twyman alongside of Quinnen Williams could be scary for opposing offensive lines.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars (via Los Angeles Rams): Carlos Basham Jr., EDGE Wake Forest: Jacksonville has lost both Yannick Ngakoue and Calais Campbell so, adding an athletic edge rusher like Basham is a huge need. With Basham on one edge and Josh Allen on another, Jacksonville could return to “Sacksonville”.

27. Tennessee Titans: Jalen Mayfield, OT Michigan: Jack Conklin left Tennessee last year for Cleveland and Taylor Lewan recently tore his ACL so, a tackle that can play either left or right is essential for the Titans. Mayfield would be a huge addition to aid in the Titans great rushing attack.

28. Buffalo Bills: Travis Etienne, RB Clemson: Buffalo’s receiving core has been phenomenal this season so why not add an elite pass catcher out of the backfield like Etienne. Putting more weapons around Josh Allen will not hurt the Buffalo Bills.

29. Green Bay Packers: Chazz Surratt, LB North Carolina: The Packers have a solid defense with young players so, drafting an athlete like Surratt makes a lot of sense at 29. Surratt will be able to guard running backs in the NFC North like Dalvin Cook and tight ends like Jimmy Graham and T.J Hockenson.

30. Pittsburgh Steelers: Kyle Trask, QB Florida: Big Ben is 38 and I don’t think Mason Rudolph is a franchise QB so, taking Kyle Trask to be Roethlisberger’s successor could be the right move for Mike Tomlin and the Steelers. Trask has had a great season so far and is in contention for the Heisman trophy.

31. New Orleans Saints: Pat Freiermuth, TE Penn State: The Saints current tight end is 33 year old Jared Cook so, adding a physical, pass catcher like Freiermuth would be a huge pick up for Drew Brees and the Saints.

32. Kansas City: Jaycee Horn, CB South Carolina: Kansas City, I believe will be picking at 32 once again this year and last year they got a steal with running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire. If they take Horn with this pick, they will not be disappointed what so ever. Horn has had a great year and has been the one bright spot for a poor South Carolina team.
