Disregard My Article on Justus Terry, There's a More Intimidating Rising Freshman

STOP THE COUNT.

Just days ago I wrote an article about rising freshman Justus Terry that’s built like a brick shit house but, when I was scrolling through Instagram, MaxPreps posted about Nick Brooks from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Brooks is going into his freshman year at John F. Kennedy High in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the coaches there must be chomping at the bit to work with him. He is 6’8, 330 pounds. WHAT THE HELL.

Justus Terry was big but this kid is a division one left tackle in the making. I’m almost positive that Nick Saban already slipped him fifty grand in an envelope and Jimbo Fisher dropped a Range Rover in his driveway for when he gets his license.

I’m not going to dive back into my size and stature from when I was a fifteen year old freshman in 2015 but I would have KILLED to have half the size Brooks has. I imagine that Brooks mom has a lengthy, very lengthy grocery bill having a giant in the house.

Who knows, maybe next week I’ll be writing about a seven foot power forward in the seventh grade because these kids nowadays are just evolving.
