Yesterday was a good day. I got a 96% on my first chemistry homework, football workouts started up, and I spoke on the phone with Liam, the owner of Student Union Sports. After a twenty minute conversation I have been added to their lineup of talented podcast hosts and writers to do what I’ve been doing the last year and half for a media outlet.
Student Union Sports was founded in 2015 by Brandon Morris out of Iowa and built a network of college students who have a passion to write and yell into a microphone about sports.
Now seven years down the line, I’m joining Student Union Sports to collaborate with other students and grads. I couldn’t be more excited about doing this.
As for the Substack goes, I’ll still be blogging here. I’ll essentially be simulcasting my blogs to both platforms, just here you’ll maybe get more blogs because I’m not too sure if everything I write gets posted, especially my music posts as Student Union Sports is primarily a sports site.
And for the podcast, I’ll be able to promote that on the website and still be posting about it on my social media accounts. This is a big win for the state of My Parents Office and Articles from the Office.
