Isaiah Wilson Done As A Titan?
The former first round selection put out an odd tweet about wanting out of Nashville.
The 6’6, 350 pound Wilson has been a problem off the field and insignificant on the field as a Titan. Yesterday, he sent out a tweet that only makes things worse for him. “I’m done with football as a Titan…No further comments”. The odd part of this tweet is that you really can’t be done with something never started.
Wilson was selected 29th overall last year by the Titans but only played four total snaps, one of which he got run over on a field goal attempt. Last season, Wilson was placed on the reserve/Covid-19 list twice, once in training camp and once during October. In December, Wilson was put on the the non-football injury list.
That’s not even the worst of Wilsons time in Nashville. During training camp, he was at Tennessee State University for a party that the police broke up. When Wilson figured out that the fuzz had arrived, he ran to the second floor and debated jumping. He was charged with trespassing. Then in September, Wilson was popped for a DUI when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a concrete wall.
Wilson is a tremendous waste of talent. He wants out of Nashville but, I don’t foresee another franchise taking a chance on this guy in the future.
