Juszczyk Is Back In The Bay
San Francisco resigns Pro Bowl fullback.
Fan favorite and five time Pro Bowler Kyle Juszczyk is going to continue playing in the Bay Area. Yesterday, he inked a 5 year, 27 million dollar deal.
Juszczyk played his college ball at Harvard as a tight end where he caught 125 passes for 1,576 yards, and 22 touchdowns. He was drafted in the fourth round by the Baltimore Ravens in 2013.
As a Raven, he caught 97 passes and 5 touchdowns so when he hit free agency, many teams wanted to get after him. After almost signing with the Bills, he flipped and signed a 4 year, 21 million dollar deal with the 49ers.
Since then, he has been a very important part of the 49ers offensive success. He is a tremendous run blocker and a great pass catcher with sneaky speed. Juszczyk is also great on special teams which makes him a bigger weapon.
