On episode one hundred and two of the My Parents Office Podcast, we kick off the very first day of Camp Chronicles with move in day. But before that, Tom and I do a Drake Songs Draft, very similar to the Eminem one.
I kick the draft off with Take Care as my number one selection and Tom follows that up by selecting Over. Tom currently is in the lead over me in drafts with a two and one record.
Then, Tom explains the magnitude of Messi signing with PSG, leaving Barcelona, and what that means for the sport of soccer. We then cover the Celtics new free agent signing of Dennis Schröder.
To kick off Camp Chronicles, my good friend and teammate Hugh Wells makes his show debut. We talk about preparing for camp and how watching Hard Knocks and Lawrence Taylor film fires him up. Hugh also discusses how he tries to model his play after Connecticut legend Dwight Freeney.
Along with that, Hugh and I discuss his pregame playlist, how Hugh will tutor this semester on campus, and how he was able to catch a pump on the ship while at sea. Stayed tuned for our next Camp Chronicles with another one of my teammates from Massachusetts Maritime.
