On episode one hundred and twenty six, Brian Mazzone joins for an untraditional draft where we go eight rounds and draft the good and bad’s of the Super Bowl. He takes Charles Haley as his best player in Super Bowl history while I take the Logan Wilson pass interference call in Super Bowl LVI as the worst moment.
We then discuss the Giants offseason plans and who they should take at fifth and seventh overall in the draft along with how they should approach free agency.
On the later portion of the episode, the host of the CT Sports Talent Show podcast Chris Saunders joins. We discuss Connecticut high school hoops and football and the direction in which the states athletics are going in. Following that, we get into the Jim Mora hire at UConn and how if he wants to succeed, he’ll have to recruit Connecticut.
