Welcome to a brand new series on Articles from the Office where I’ll be highlighting one of my favorite artists music and announcements in the same way that I conduct my Spose Saturdays articles.
Here is Specs Sundays.
UConn graduate and a new native to New York JR Specs has been a topic on the blog over the past few months when he’s released new projects like Grapevine and Red Solo Funk, but he is preparing to embark on his “most ambitious shit” in his ten years of making music.
JR Specs is going to be dropping new music twice every month on the first and fifteenth of every month. Wild.
As a fan, I’m so fired up because we’ll be getting at least twenty four new Specs songs in the year 2022. Could two new JR Specs projects a month be what Americans need to heal and unify?
Probably.
JR dropped his first song of the pay period yesterday titled Ball If I Want featuring another UConn artist, Sutz and it absolutely bangs. JR says that the duo has had the song in the hopper for almost a year and he felt it was only fitting to have it kick off this new endeavor.
What a way for JR to kickoff a new and exciting project and venture.
Go stream Ball If I Want now on Apple and Spotify.
