The 100 Summer Songs Countdown; March 14, 2022

Yesterday we kicked off the 100 Summer Songs Countdown with American Kids by Kenny Chesney and now we’re switching gears from an upbeat country hit to a hip hop bop about the Wolf of Wall Street.

Jordan Belfort by Wes Walker and Dyl is a smash hit that every high schooler from 2015 to 2019 bumped in their starter car, and now in 2022 it still bangs. While it plays all seasons, summer time is the optimal time to roll the windows down and scream “I been getting dirty money; Jordan Belfort”.

Wes Walker and Dyl created this song about one of the most famous Wall Street scumbags, Jordan Belfort. They rap about living the life the Leo did in The Wolf of Wall Street where Belfort whipped around in expensive cars, “I'm drivin' Lamborghini, your ho in a bikini” and stacking his money “Stackin gouda, feta, chedda cheese and ravioli”.

Jordan Belfort is the ultimate bro song, much like the way The Wolf of Wall Street movie is, and the optimal time to play this jam that released in 2015 is in the car with your boys driving somewhere that you need a boost like a party or the beach.

The other option is if you’re the ones hosting a kickback. Everyone knows the song Jordan Belfort and it has the right amount of juice to get the people going like Party In the U.S.A. and Doses and Mimosas.

Awesome song that gets people amped for a good time. I LOVE SUMMER.
