Isaiah Wilson has had more run ins with Johnny Law than games played and now, he is being dealt to South Beach. The Titans are sending Wilson and a 2022 7th round pick in exchange for a 2021 7th round pick.

While it appears that the Titans didn’t receive a lot in return, they opened up 2.6 million dollars in cap space and get rid of Wilson who had no intentions on suiting up in Nashville next season. He even tweeted a few weeks ago “Im done with football as a Titan… No further comments.”

If Wilson performs well and pulls his head out of his ass this season, then Miami is the winner of this trade but, if Wilson reverts to what he was with the Titans, then Mike Vrabels squad is a big winner.

Wilson was taken 29th overall in last years draft and only suited up for one game and played four snaps. The highlights of his on field play is him blocking a teammate in a pregame drill and then getting run over by a Colts defensive tackle on a Titans field goal attempt.

Wilson was charged with trespassing during training camp and received a DUI after crashing his car a few months later. Talk about an absolute waste of talent. A 6’6, 351 pound mauler that is headed to Miami with a lot of baggage.

My last note on this deal is, if Wilson couldn’t stay out of trouble in Nashville, how do the Dolphins expect to keep him on the straight and narrow in Miami?
