Tonight at 9 p.m, we get the third rendition of Huskies vs Blue Jays and I couldn’t be more excited. Uconn lost to Creighton in their first two meetings this season by a combined ten points.
Uconn walloped DePaul last night 94-60 even with James Bouknight leaving the game in the second half. Fingers crossed Bouknight just cramped up but, if he’s out tonight, I am still very confident in guys like RJ Cole and Tyrese Martin.
Dan Hurleys squad was led by Adama Sanogo who had 14 points, Tyrese Martin who racked up 14 points and 10 boards, and RJ Cole who recorded 14 points and 8 assists. Everyone scored last night, even Andrew Hurley cashed a three.
As for the Blue Jays, they swallowed the Butler Bulldogs 87-56 and are preparing for their matchup tonight. The Blue Jays were led by Marcus Zegarowski who had 18 points and 14 points from Damien Jefferson.
I am so fired up for this matchup tonight. I’m praying, hoping, and praying again that James Bouknight is 100% healthy tonight for the biggest game of the Huskies season.
