Week Seven College Football Gambling Picks Recap

It was just a meh week for my picks. Nothing crazy, went 2-2 and kept my record north of .500. My current record sits at 11-10 and I know a big 3-1, 4-0 week is in my future so I’ll just keep pounding.

My lock of the week of Oklahoma State at Texas o/60.5 missed as the two squads tallied 56 total points. I really underestimate how good the Cowboys defense was and anticipated a big time shootout.

The final was 32-24 with the Pokes on top, but it just wasn’t enough as they missed the over by 5.

The other game that I picked that missed was Boston College +2.5 at home against North Carolina State, and boy I couldn’t have been more wrong.

BC got absolutely trounced by the 18th ranked Wolfpack 33-7. The spread didn’t even matter. Just tough stuff to see.

On the other hand though, I did hit two picks. The first was Kentucky +21.5 at Georgia, and the Wildcats covered. Kirby Smart must’ve known the spread because he called the dogs off and won by 17.

My other pick that won was a pretty exciting one. I took Army +13.5 at Wisconsin and the Black Knights went into Madison and gave the Badgers a run for their money. They narrowly lost by the score of 20-14, but hey they covered.
